The article proposes a low-cost digital-Lean management model for small and medium-sized industrial enterprises with limited financial,
technological and human resources. The model integrates operational data collection, KPI calculation, deviation detection, problem
analysis, Lean tool selection and result reassessment into a single management cycle. Systems analysis, comparative analysis, process
modelling and case-study methods were applied. The model is based on phased implementation, standardized data forms, a limited number
of measurable KPIs and rule-based recommendations. It does not require the immediate replacement of existing information systems. Pilot
implementation at two industrial enterprises showed improvements in equipment efficiency, repair duration and changeover time. The
proposed model enables enterprises to reduce operational losses and improve KPI transparency without substantial initial investment.
