PEDAGOGICAL MECHANISM ENSURING QUALITATIVE CHANGES IN STUDENTS’ PERSONALITY WITHIN A TRANSFORMATIVE EDUCATIONAL ENVIRONMENT
The article provides a theoretical and methodological analysis of the formation of a transformative educational environment in higher
education and its pedagogical influence on qualitative changes in students’ personality. Transformative learning is interpreted as a
pedagogical process aimed at the reflective reconsideration of students’ knowledge, experience, value-based attitudes, and strategies of
activity. The study explains qualitative personal changes through cognitive, axiological, reflective, and activity-based components and
systematizes the pedagogical conditions that facilitate these changes.
