This article provides a comparative analysis of the legislative frameworks and socio-pedagogical support systems for military families in the USA, Canada, the UK, Australia, Russia, and the Republic of Uzbekistan. Advanced international practices (such as PEAP, Seamless Canada, DSM, etc.) aimed at preventing disruptions in children's education during continuous military relocations (rotations), ensuring spouse employment, and facilitating social adaptation are studied. As a result of the research, scientifically grounded proposals and recommendations were developed for integrating the most effective international models into the national defense system, particularly the implementation of special pedagogical mechanisms of educational mentoring and professional retraining for military families.
