It is known that currently perovskite solar cells (PSCs) are attracting great interest from world scientists, and many good
results have been achieved as a result of much research conducted in this field. However, despite the achieved results, there
are still many unsolved problems in the field, and the most important of them is the deterioration of the stability of PSCs
under the influence of external factors. In this work, a glass/FTO substrate heating method was proposed to improve the
structure and stability of the CsPbIBr 2 -based PSCs active layer. CsPbIBr 2 active layers were deposited on glass/FTO
substrates under two different conditions, heated by the spin coating method and at room temperature. Then their optical
spectral and photovoltaic parameters were compared.
