SPECIFICS OF TEACHING ORAL COMMUNICATION TO LAW STUDENTS

Yuridik yo‘nalishda ta’lim oluvchi talabalariga og‘zaki muloqot ko‘nikmalarini o‘rgatish ta’limning muhim qismi bo‘lib, ularga murakkab huquqiy tushunchalardan foydalangan holda samarali muloqot qilish, o‘z fikrlarini ifoda qilish, kasbiy munosabatlarda ishtirok etish imkonini beradi. Maqolada huquqshunos talabalarga og‘zaki nutqni o‘rgatishda uchraydigan muammolar va strategiyalar muhokama qilinadi. Mavjud adabiyotlar, pedagogik yondashuvlar va hayotiy misollarga tayangan holda, maqolada huquqiy kontekstda og‘zaki nutq ko‘nikmalarini rivojlantirish muhimligi ta’kidlangan. Maqolada o‘qitishning innovatsion usullari va ularning o‘quvchilarning og‘zaki nutqini shakllantirishga ta’siriga e’tibor qaratish orqali bo‘lajak huquqshunoslarning muloqot ko‘nikmalarini oshirishga intilayotgan o‘qituvchilarga foydali yo‘l-yo‘riq ko‘rsatish maqsad qilingan.
