This article examines the significance of strategic approaches to managing preschool education and the methods of their implementation. The study focuses on the regulatory framework, human resource development, the application of innovative pedagogical technologies, and establishing strategic cooperation with parents. Interviews and focus group discussions revealed that the effectiveness of management models in preschool institutions largely depends on long-term goals, monitoring mechanisms, and active stakeholder participation. By integrating international experience with local context, it is possible to enhance children’s development and educators’ professional qualifications, ultimately strengthening the society’s scientific and educational potential.
