The article considers the social policy of Uzbekistan as an important resource for the development of personal resources of adolescents with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). Special attention is paid to government support aimed at improving the living conditions of these adolescents, their socialization and adaptation. The article analyzes programs and initiatives that contribute to creating favorable conditions for the development of personal resources, improving the level of education, social adaptation and labor integration of adolescents with ADHD. Support measures in the field of psychological and pedagogical assistance, inclusive education, social protection and employment are being considered. The importance of an integrated approach in social policy and the role of the state in creating conditions for the successful socialization of adolescents with special educational needs is emphasized
