TEACHER IMAGE AND PSYCHOLOGICAL COMPETENCES IN EDUCATION: INNOVATIVE APPROACHES AND PROPOSALS

This article discusses the formation of a modern pedagogical image, its psychological, social and professional significance. Also, based on the best practices of Russia, Uzbekistan and Western countries (USA, Finland, Japan), the requirements for the pedagogical image, the content and essence of these requirements and their application in practice are analyzed. In conclusion, scientifically based proposals are made for the formation of an effective pedagogical image.
