Mazkur maqolada zamonaviy pedagog imidjining shakllanishi, uning psixologik, ijtimoiy va kasbiy ahamiyati yoritiladi. Shuningdek, Rossiya, O‘zbekiston hamda G‘arb davlatlaridagi (AQSh, Finlyandiya, Yaponiya) ilg‘or tajribalar asosida pedagog imidjiga qo‘yiladigan talablar, bu talablarning mazmun-mohiyati va amaliyotga tatbiqi tahlil qilinadi. Xulosada esa samarali pedagogik imidjni shakllantirish bo‘yicha ilmiy asoslangan takliflar keltiriladi.
