THEORY AND PRACTICE IN DEVELOPING STUDENTS' DIGITAL COMPETENCE BASED ON A CLUSTER APPROACH
This article analyzes the theoretical and practical aspects of developing digital competence in the higher education system. The cluster approach is considered as the primary educational model. The article highlights the role of the cluster model in integrating the learning process with real-world requirements, strengthening interdisciplinary connections, and developing students' creative and independent thinking
