USE OF PRODUCTS WITH HIGH BIOLOGICAL VALUE AND BIOLOGICALLY ACTIVE SUBSTANCES IN ATHLETE NUTRITION
This study used a qualitative, questionnaire-based approach to investigate the use of HBV and BPS, awareness of these products, and their perceived benefits among 60 athletes from Tashkent, Samarkand, and Fergana regions. Data were collected using semi-structured questions and thematically analyzed using NVivo 14. Results showed that the majority of respondents used these products daily or frequently. The main benefits were faster recovery, increased energy levels, and enhanced immunity. However, a lack of knowledge was found regarding the timing and dosage of nutrients, as well as reliance on non-specialist sources
