TIBBIY TA’LIMDA KOMPETENSIYAVIY YONDASHUVNING MOHIYATI VA RIVOJLANISH BOSQICHLARI
This article analyzes the essence and development stages of the competency-based approach in medical education. The theoretical and practical foundations of competency, as well as pedagogical mechanisms applied in the learning process, are discussed. The study employed literature review, comparative analysis, and pedagogical observation methods. The findings indicate that the systematic implementation of a competency-based approach contributes to the formation of not only knowledge but also professional skills and values among students
