This article highlights the importance of neuropedagogical tasks aimed at the active zones of the brain in the formation of reading literacy in primary school students. Methodological approaches have been developed based on the activity of the main neuropsychological systems involved in the reading process - visual, phonological, semantic and motor zones. Tasks aimed at the active zones of the brain - “Find the important sentence!”, “Find the sentence that matches the question!”, “Express it through a picture!”, “Find the missing word in the text and fill in the blanks” - guide students to consciously understand the text, perform semantic analysis, extract the main idea and identify logical connections. These methods stimulate the integration of the visual, phonological and semantic systems of the brain, activate deep cognitive processes and increase the efficiency of working with the text.
