ISOLATION AND IDENTIFICATION OF HYPHOMICROBIUM FACILE BACTERIUM
This article presents the results of a study aimed at isolating methylotrophic bacteria from the wastewater of the Tashkent paper recycling plant. From the collected samples, the bacterium Hyphomicrobium facile was isolated. It was identified as a Gram-negative, rod-shaped bacterium with a convex surface and yellowish-cream colored colonies. Identification was carried out using a molecular genetic method based on the analysis of 16S rRNA genes, revealing a 100% similarity to H. facile according to the NCBI GenBank database.
