This article presents the determination of multi-component pharmaceutical preparations containing glucocorticoids using molecular absorption spectrophotometry. Hydrocortisone, prednisolone, and dexamethasone showed maximum absorption at 238–247 nm. The method demonstrated high linearity (R² > 0.997), low detection limits (0.07–0.09 μg/ml), and good repeatability (RSD < 2.5%). Due to its simplicity, cost-effectiveness, and applicability, the approach is suitable for pharmaceutical quality control.
