AZOT FIKSATSIYA VA FOSFAT MOBILIZATSIYA QILUVCHI BAKTERIYA SHTAMM VA IZOLYATLARINING MORFOLOGIK XUSUSIYATLARI
In this study, the morphological characteristics of seven strains and three isolates belonging to the genera Bacillus, Priestia, and Pseudomonas were examined using Gram staining and microscopic analyses. The results showed that among the seven strains, four (P. endophytica N19, B. paralicheniformis M11, B. licheniformis X30, P. endophytica I16) and two of the three isolates (A8, X22) were Gram-positive, while the remaining ones exhibited Gram-negative characteristics. Based on cell shape, six strains were rod-shaped, one (P. fulva Q11) was oval-rod shaped, and among the isolates, two were oval-rod shaped (A8, X22), while one (N4) was slender rod-shaped. Regarding spore formation, sporulation was observed in three strains (P. endophytica N19 – subterminal, N6 – terminal, I16 – subterminal) and in one isolate (X22 – subterminal). These findings indicate that the morphological differences among the bacteria serve as important diagnostic criteria in determining their ecological stability, viability, and potential for biotechnological applications.
