MAKTAB BOSHQARUVI SAMARADORLIGIGA TA’SIR QILUVCHI OMILLAR
This study explores the key factors that influence the effectiveness of school management. Effective school management plays a crucial role in ensuring high-quality education, improving teacher performance, and fostering a positive learning environment. The research identifies both internal and external factors, including leadership style, teacher motivation, resource availability, parental involvement, and government policies. By analyzing these factors, the study aims to provide insights into how educational institutions can enhance their management practices to achieve better academic outcomes and organizational efficiency. The findings highlight the importance of collaborative leadership, strategic planning, and continuous professional development in building an effective school management system.
