ПЕДАГОГО-МЕТОДИЧЕСКИЕ ОСНОВЫ ВНЕДРЕНИЯ СИСТЕМЫ ДУАЛЬНОГО ОБУЧЕНИЯ В СФЕРЕ СПОРТА
В данной статье анализируются педагогические, организационные и методические основы внедрения системы дуального образования в сфере спорта. Актуальность исследования обусловлена необходимостью гармонизации теоретических знаний с реальной профессиональной деятельностью в спортивном образовании, усиления практических компетенций выпускников, подготовки специалистов в соответствии с потребностями спортивных организаций и совершенствования процесса перехода от обучения к трудовой деятельности. В статье разработана организационная модель, основанная на сотрудничестве «высшее образовательное учреждение – спортивная организация – спортивная федерация/клуб – студент», а также сформулированы компетентностный подход, руководство практикой, критерии мониторинга и оценки.
