Ushbu maqolada bo‘lajak o‘qituvchilarni tayyorlashda genderga yo‘naltirilgan ta’limning pedagogik imkoniyatlari tahlil etiladi. Ta’lim
jarayoniga gender sezgir yondashuvlarni integratsiya qilishning, o‘quvchilarning kommunikativ kompetensiyasi, ijtimoiy ong va kasbiy
tayyorgarligini rivojlantirishdagi ahamiyati yoritilgan. Tadqiqotda o‘quv dasturlari va o‘qitish metodikalariga gender aspektlarini kiritish
strategiyalari, gender stereotiplarini bartaraf etish va ta’limda inklyuzivlikni targ‘ib qilish yo‘llari tahlil qilinadi. Shuningdek, genderga
yo‘naltirilgan ta’lim bo‘lajak o‘qituvchlari uchun shaxsiy va kasbiy kompetensiyalarni shakllantirishdagi o‘rni alohida ko‘rsatib o‘tiladi.
