Maqolada Marokash chigirtkasining (Dociostaurus maroccanus) oziq-ovqat xavfsizligi va global oziq-ovqat yetishmovchiligi
muammolarini hal etishdagi o‘rni keltirilgan. Chigirtkalar yuqori biologik qiymatga ega bo‘lgan oqsillar, muhim aminokislotalar
va turli ozuqaviy moddalar manbai sifatidagi ahamiyati haqida so‘z boradi. Mazkur tadqiqot (Dociostaurus maroccanus)
chigirtkasini laboratoriya kalamushiga ozuqa sifatida berish orqali, undagi gemotologik, morfometrik tahlili o‘zgarishini
o‘rganishga qaratilgan. Qolaversa chigirtkalarni muqobil oziq-ovqat manbai sifatida qabul qilish jarayonini rag‘batlantirish,
barqaror oziq-ovqat ishlab chiqarishni qo‘llab-quvvatlash va global oziq-ovqat inqirozini yengillashtirishga qaratilgan innovatsion
yondashuvlarni taklif etadi.
