DORIVOR O‘SIMLIKLARDAN AJRATILGAN ENDOFIT MIKROORGANIZMLARNING LENIS CULINARIS O‘SIMLIGINING O‘SISHIGA TASIRI

Qishloq xo‘jaligida yetishtiriladigan o‘simliklarning asosiy qismi turli hashorotlar va o‘simlikda uchraydigan mikroorganizmlar
keltirib chiqaradigan kasalliklar ta’sirida yo‘qotiladi, bu esa hosilning sezilarli darajada kamayib ketishiga olib keladi. Bugungi
kunda bunga qarshi kurash choralarining turli usulari ishlab chiqilmoqda, bunda, kimyoiy, texnologik, hatto mikrobiologik
usullarni yangi turlari ham yaratilmoqda. Hususan mikrobiologiyada bugungi kunda o‘simliklarning turli stress omillariga
chidamliligini va hosildorlikni oshirish maqsadida endofit mikroorganizmlar asosida biologik preparatlar yaratilmoqda.
Tadqiqotimizda yasmiqda uchraydigan bir qancha kasalliklarga hususan ildiz chirishi kasalligiga qarshi kurash choralarini ishlab
chiqish maqsadida kasallanmagan yasmiq o‘simligi o‘zidan va bir nechta dorivor o‘simliklardan endofit mikroorganizmlarini
ajratib olib o‘simliklarning urug‘i va ko‘chatlariga birlamchi ta’siri o‘rganildi.
