RAQAMLI MADANIYATNI RIVOJLANTIRISHDA KOMPETENSIYAVIY YONDASHUVNING ROLI: XXI ASR KOMPETENSIYALARI TIZIMIDA AXBOROT XAVFSIZLIGINING O‘RNI

Maqolada XXI asr kompetensiyalari tizimida axborot xavfsizligining tutgan o‘rni hamda raqamli madaniyatni rivojlantirishda kompetensiyaviy yondashuvning pedagogik imkoniyatlari tahlil qilingan. Muallif raqamli transformatsiya sharoitida axborot xavfsizligini sof texnik emas, balki ta’limiy-tarbiyaviy muammo sifatida talqin etadi. Tadqiqotda yetakchi xalqaro kompetensiya ramkalari (P21, OECD Learning Compass 2030, DigComp 2.2, DigCompEdu) qiyosiy o‘rganilib, axborot xavfsizligi raqamli kompetensiyaning transversal (umumkesuvchi) tarkibiy qismi ekanligi asoslanadi. Shu asosda raqamli madaniyat va axborot xavfsizligi kompetensiyasini shakllantirishning to‘rt komponentli - motivatsion-qadriyatli, kognitiv, faoliyatli-operatsion va refleksiv-baholovchi - tarkibiy-funksional modeli taklif etilgan. Olingan natijalar oliy hamda umumiy o‘rta ta’lim tizimida raqamli xavfsizlik madaniyatini shakllantirish bo‘yicha amaliy tavsiyalar ishlab chiqishga xizmat qiladi.
