Hozirgi vaqtda Respublikamiz qishloq xo‘jaligi, xususan, chorvachilik va parrandachilik sohalarida sifatli va oson hazm
bo‘ladigan omixta-yem tanqisligi tufayli aholining chorva va parranda go‘sht mahsulotlariga bo‘lgan ehtiyoji yetarlicha
ta’minlanayotgani yo‘q. Dunyo miqyosida donlarning zahiralari kamayib borayotganligi va don yetishtirish esa keskin
pasayganligi, chorvachilikning rivojlanishi tobora oshib borishini inobatga olgan holda o‘simlik chiqindilaridan sifatli ozuqa
olish muhim ahamiyat kasb etib kelmoqda. Ushbu tadqiqot ishida o‘simlik qoldiqlaridan mikrobiologik usullar yordamida sifatli
omixta-yem olish texnologiyasi tahlil qilingan.
