Seritsin oqsili ipakdan suvli ekstraksiya yo‘li bilan olingan. Seritsinning suv muhiti va haroratga ta'siri o‘rganildi. Louri usuli
to‘rt xil harorat ta'sirida ipakdan olingan eritmalarning umumiy oqsil tarkibini aniqlash uchun ishlatilgan. Seritsin oqsili sof
shaklda ajratilgan. Seritsinning IQ va UB-spektrometrik tahlillari o‘tkazildi. Seritsin oqsilidagi aminokislotalar miqdorini
o‘rganish yuqori samarali suyuqlik xromatografiyasi yordamida amalga oshirildi.
