Zn 1-X Co X O DAGI KUCHSIZ FERROMAGNETIZM

Ushbu ishda Zn 1-x Co x O yupqa qatlamining issiqlik duffuzyasi va magnitlanish o‘chashlari natijalari tahlil qilingan. Zn 1-X Co X O
(x=0.03) yupqa qatlami kremniy taglikka ultra tovushli spray perioliz usulida o‘stirilgan. Past temperaturada Zn 0.97 Co 0.03 O dagi
magnitlanish o‘lchashlarida gesterezis mavjudligidan ferromagnit tartiblanish borligini ko‘rish mumkin. Ammo, har bitta Co
ioniga to‘g‘ri keluchi magnit moment kutilganidan ancha past ekani malum bo‘ldi. Magnitlanishning temperaturaga bog‘lanishi
o‘rganilyotganda magnit maydoni va magnit maydonisiz sovutilish natijalri 130 K da paramagnit-ferromagnit faza o‘tishini
ko‘rsatdi. Zn 1-X Co X O ning issiqlik diffuzyasi natijalari kutilganidek aynan 130 K da lamda shaklidagi minimumga erishdi.
Bunday past temperaturadigi ferromagnetizm Zn 1-X Co X O ning sirtidagi kompensatsiya bo‘lmagan CoO klasterlar mavjudligi
orqali tushuntirish mumkin.
