γ- 60 Со –NURLANISHINI “KOMOLOT-79” NAVLIY PAXTA TOLALARINING ELEKTROFIZIK XOSSALARIGA TA’SIRINI TADQIQ QILISH

Tadqiqot ishining asosiy natijalari quydagilardan iborat. Turliy dozalarda γ- 60 Со nurlanish manbaida nurlantirilgan hamda yod
bilan legirlangan “Komolot-79” navli paxta tolalarining elektrik va fotoelektrik xossalarini tadqiq qilish. Tadqiqot (300–360
K) harorat diapazonida hamda kuchlanish (0–100 V) oralig‘ida olib borilgan. Tadqiqot natijalariga ko‘ra turliy dozalarda
nurlantirilgan va yod bilan legirlangan paxta tolalari (PT) tozalangan va ishlov berilmagan “Komolot-79” navliy paxta
tolalariga nisbatan juda yo‘qori tok o‘tgani kuzatildi. Tadqiqot obyekti sifatida tayyorlangan barcha namunalardan oqayotgan
tok ohm qonuniga bo‘ysinishi qayt qilindi. O‘rganishlarga ko‘ra, yod bilan legirlangan “Komolot-79” navli PT namunasining ultra binafsha nur tasirida hosil bo‘lgan fotoo‘tkazuvchanlik asosan zonalar aro electron-kovak juftliklarini hosil qilish bilan
bog‘liqligi ko‘rsatildi. Olingan natijalardan yod bilan legirlangan PT hosil bo‘lgan chuqur satxning aktivatsiya energiyasi
aniqlandi.
