This article analyzes the importance of learning based on internal and interdisciplinary integration in the development of the theory of wave-particle dualism, which played an important role in explaining the phenomena of the microcosm, including phenomena studied by nuclear physics, methodological problems of teaching this theory from a physical and philosophical point of view. As you know, the study of the most general laws of nature, society and thought is the subject of philosophical science. From this point of view, at the present stage of the development of science, the role of philosophy in scientific research is obvious, as well as in improving the effectiveness of teaching physics, which is one of the foundations of industrial production, mechanical engineering and mechanical engineering. Because when training specialists for various industries, a comprehensive analysis of the philosophical aspects of the industry under study is one of the most important factors in training qualified personnel.
