Mazkur tadqiqotda SH-SY5Y neyroblastoma hujayra liniyasida rotenon bilan induksiyalangan in vitro Parkinson modeli yaratilib, L-laktatning mitoxondriyalar funksiyaga ta'siri o‘rganildi. Rotenon mitoxondriyalarning I kompleksini ingibirlab, membrana potensiali (ΨM)ning pasayishiga va natijada ATF sintazaning gidroliz rejimiga o‘tishiga olib keladi. Laktat bilan ishlov berish hujayralarning ΨM ko‘rsatkichini oshishiga, ΨM shakllanishida F1FO ATFaza rolini sezilarli darajada kamayishiga, elektron transport zanjiri (ETZ) ning faolligi oshishiga olib keldi.
