The components of educology: it is impossible to solve the problem of managing the quality of professional education for social sector specialists without actively using qualimetric methods based on the achievements of neuro-pedagogy (educational neuroscience). This science synthesizes the classical foundations of pedagogy, utilizing advances in psychology, cybernetics, and neurophysiology. Its main goal is to develop effective mechanisms for implementing a personalized approach for each student and professor. One of the key practical functions of neuro-pedagogy is to design an individual educational trajectory for each student, taking into account their unique characteristics. This process considers the specific features of the brain’s higher cognitive functions.
