O‘ZBEKISTONDA MONILINIA TURKUMI VAKILLARINING TARQALISHIGA OID MA’LUMOTLAR

Ushbu maqolada O‘zbekiston hududida Monilinia Honey turkumiga mansub zamburug‘larning o‘rganilish tarixi, turlari, ekologik
va patogen xususiyatlari, shuningdek, dala tadqiqotlari asosida aniqlangan yangi topilmalar yoritilgan. Tadqiqot natijalariga ko‘ra,
mamlakatda Monilinia laxa, M. fructigena, M. fructicola, M. linhartiana va M. johnsonii turlari aniqlangan. 2023-yilda Jizzax
viloyati Zomin milliy tabiat bog‘i va Forish tumani hududlarida o‘tkazilgan dala kuzatuvlari davomida Monilinia johnsonii (Ellis
& Everh.) Honey zamburug‘i birinchi marta O‘zbekiston sharoitida do‘lana (Crataegus spp.) o‘simliklarida aniqlandi. Bu
zamburug‘ barg dog‘lanishi, gullarning so‘lishi va mevalarning jigarrang chirishini keltirib chiqaruvchi xavfli patogen bo‘lib,
do‘lananing asosiy paraziti sifatida qayd etildi. Morfologik tahlillar natijasida do‘lana barglaridan va meva qoldiqlaridan ajratilgan
apotetsiyalar, konidiyalar shakli va o‘lchami M. johnsonii ning diagnostik belgilari bilan to‘liq mos kelgani aniqlandi. Ushbu
topilma asosida Monilinia johnsonii O‘zbekiston mikobiotasi uchun yangi qayd etilgan tur sifatida taklif etiladi. Tadqiqotlar
Dementeva (1979) va Sheraliyev (1982) metodikalari asosida amalga oshirilgan bo‘lib, natijalar Khasanov (2018–2022) hamda
Jo‘raqulov (2023–2025) kuzatuvlari bilan taqqoslandi.
