QURG‘OQlANISH VA SHO‘RLANISH DARAJALARINING DUKKAKLI DON O‘SIMLIK URUG‘LARINING UNUVCHANLIGIGA TA’SIRI

Ushbu maqolada dukkakli don ekinlaridan Soya Glycine maxim L o‘simligining “Selekta 302”, “To‘maris man 60” va No‘xat
Fabaseae cicer L o‘simligining “Zumrad”, “Polvon” hamda Mosh Phaseolus aureus L o‘simligining “Baraka” va “Osiyo”
navlari tajriba sifatida olindi. Olingan o‘simlik navlar urug‘lariga 20-25 o C haroratlarda NaCl tuzining 4 xil (0.1, 0.3, 0.5, 0.8 %)
darajadagi sho‘rlanish konsentratsiyalari bilan laboratoriya sharoitida abrobatka qilinib 48 soat davomida tekshirilib ko‘rildi.
Unga ko‘ra, no‘xat o‘simlik 2 ta navida 20 o C haroratda 34-39 %, 25 o C da 92-94 % unib chiqdi. Mosh o‘simlik navlarida 20 o C
haroratda 84-88% va 25 o C da 96-98 % nish urdi. Bu ko‘rsatgichlar soya o‘simlik navlarida 20 o C da 1-6 % ni, 25 o C da 0 % ni
tashkil qildi.
