THE IMPACT OF BOXING SPORTS ON PHYSICAL AND MENTAL HEALTH
Abstract
This article examines the impact of boxing on human health. The impact of boxing on the physical, mental and social spheres is analyzed. The results of the study show that boxing training helps to develop strength, endurance, speed and agility and improves mental health. However, boxing can increase the risk of injury and negatively affect the brain. The article emphasizes the need for more research to understand the health effects of boxing in detail.
