Ushbu maqolada boksning inson salomatligiga ta’siri ko‘rib chiqiladi. Boks bilan shug‘ullanishning jismoniy, ruhiy va ijtimoiy sohalarga ta’siri tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqot natijalari shuni ko‘rsatadiki, boks mashg‘ulotlari kuch, chidamlilik, tezlik va chaqqonlikni rivojlantirishga yordam beradi hamda ruhiy salomatlikni yaxshilaydi. Shu bilan birga, boks jarohatlar xavfini oshirishi va bosh miyaga salbiy ta’sir ko‘rsatishi mumkin. Maqolada boksning salomatlikka ta’sirini batafsil tushunish uchun ko‘proq tadqiqotlar zarurligiga urg‘u beriladi.
