4-METOKSIBENZOY KISLOTANING ANILIN VA TOLUIDIN IZOMERLARI BILAN REAKSIYALARI
The reactions of 4-methoxybenzoic acid with aniline and toluidine isomers were carried out by heating under solvent-free conditions. The reactions were carried out without a catalyst and with the catalyst orthoboric acid. In the reactions carried out with the participation of a catalyst, a high yield of the product was observed. The participation of the catalyst orthoboric acid in the intermediate stages of the reaction and the formation scheme of the intermediate products were proposed. The structure of the synthesized amides was confirmed by IR spectroscopy.
