CHIGIRTKA OQSILINING FIZIOLOGIK AHAMIYATI
##submission.downloads##
Chigirtka oqsili yuqori biologik qiymatga ega, kam resurs talab qiladigan barqaror protein manbai hisoblanadi. Dociostaurus
Maroccanus va Dericorys Albidula turlaridagi oqsil miqdori ozuqa qiymatini tasdiqlaydi. 15–30 kunlik tadqiqotda kalamushlarga
chigirtka uni berish qondagi proteinning oshishi, xolesterolning pasayishi va metabolik barqarorlikka ijobiy ta'sir koʻrsatdi. ALT
normallashuvi mahsulotning jigar uchun xavfsizligini tasdiqladi. Shu bois chigirtka oqsili ekologik barqaror va samarali oziq-ovqat
manbai sifatida ahamiyatli.
