1-(TIOFENIL-2)-3-FENILPROPIN-2-OL-1 SINTEZI VA UNING FARMAKOLOGIK XUSUSIYATLARI

Ushbu ishda ilk bor tiofen-2-karbaldegidning magniy organik birikma ishtirokida, fenilatsetilen bilan enantioselektiv alkinillash
reaksiyasi yordamida 1-(tiofenil-2)-3-fenilpropin-2-ol-1 sintez qilindi. Ushbu jarayonda erituvchi sifatida tetragidrofuran
qo‘llanildi. Reaksiya natijasida yuqori samaradorlikka erishish uchun reaksiya davomiyligi, harorat, boshlang‘ich moddalar mol
miqdorlari ta’siri tizimli tahlil qilindi. Sintez qilingan birikmaning fizik kimyoviy xossalari IQ, YAMR-
1 H va 13 C-
spektroskopiya usullari yordamida tahlil qilindi hamda elektron tuzilishi, zaryadlarning molekulada taqsimlanishi va kvant-
kimyoviy xususiyatlari o‘rganildi.
